          The following are examples of our representation in this practice area:

            The Firm represented Internet service providers and others subpoenaed to testify before a county grand jury investigating alleged criminal violations of the Pennsylvania Internet Child Pornography Law. We also challenged the validity of this grand jury as an improper "permanent" grand jury.

            Sprague & Sprague has represented individuals served with grand jury subpoenas who were not the target or subject of the grand jury investigation, successfully narrowing the scope of the subpoenas.
